Pickle everything!
Just a reminder that this Tuesday from 6-8pm in the Aidekman Arts Center will be the PICKLING WORKSHOP! If you love fermented and pickled foods as much as I do, you won't want to miss out. Last week's urban homesteading workshop was quite a hit--we heard nothing but great reviews. TSC actually has two reserved spots left for the pickling workshop, so if you are interested, sign up ASAP here. All attendees will leave with a jar of pickled vegetables. How cool is that?!

Save the date
We are happy to announce that the annual Tufts Energy Conference has been confirmed for March 2-3, 2013. TEC 2013: Powering Global Energy Security will convene policymakers, scholars, business leaders, professionals, and students to explore how developed and nascent countries are working towards meeting their energy needs and ensuring energy security. This year's energy conference was informative and well-organized, and we are sure the people behind TEC will continue to amaze us next year!
